EMS Workforce: The Next Chapter

November 5, 2026 | 2:00 PM ET
EMS workforce challenges do not begin or end with an open position. Prospective providers need a clear path into the profession. Current professionals need access to growth, recognition, and support. Agencies need practical tools to recruit, develop, and retain their people.
This webinar introduces EMSKY, Kentucky’s centralized EMS resource hub, as a working model for connecting those needs. The session will show how career pathways, training opportunities, financial guidance, job postings, agency resources, professional recognition, events, and workforce tools operate as one connected system.
