AI is already in our world and our workplace. The question has shifted from “should I use AI?” to “how do I adapt to the technology in front of me?”. This session meets EMS professionals and organizational leaders at every readiness level, from those asking “what is AI and why do I care?” to daily users of Claude or ChatGPT ready to build additional skills. We will walk away with a basic understanding of the types of AI technologies already showing up around us in conversations at the water cooler, in the news, and on our phones. Also included is a demonstration of practical tools for getting more value out of every AI session. Finally, for organizational leaders we will discuss a governance framework for deploying AI responsibly across your EMS team.
