Provides 1 credit toward the American Ambulance Association Ambulance Revenue Cycle Management Specialist (ARCMS) certificate.
Supervisors must lead beyond their direct reports. This module helps participants build effective relationships with senior leaders, peers, and external partners. Learners develop skills in influencing without authority, navigating organizational dynamics, and communicating ideas and needs upward with clarity and professionalism.
