AAA COVID-19 Vaccination Update – The Light at the End of the Tunnel

Join Dr. Ed Racht, Randy Strozyk, and Scott Moore for this webinar geared towards providing our members with an update on the COVID-19 Vaccination and what it means for EMS agencies around the country. A recent survey of EMS workers revealed that many will not take the vaccination. Dr. Racht will provide the latest medical and clinical information about the COVID-19 vaccinations now that they have been approved for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the FDA and provide critical information to relieve concerns of frontline workers.

As EMS agencies determine the critical role that their organizations and their field providers will play in receiving and administering the vaccine, Dr. Racht will highlight the clinical implications while Scott Moore will discuss the legal and regulatory considerations and impacts for EMS organizations and their personnel. While it is clear that employers can adopt a mandatory vaccination program, there remain many unanswered questions. Attendees can take part in a town hall discussion and a robust Q&A session where they can have the critical vaccination questions answered.
