Donna Hankins has developed industry expertise over 25 years, educating others about the unique landscape of Ambulance Reimbursement. Donna became the Payer Issues Chairperson of the California Ambulance Association in 2013 then joined the AAA Medicare Regulatory Committee in 2014. Donna shares her unique perspective of Ambulance Reimbursement, presenting a range of reimbursement topics including ambulance coding, industry compliance, office management, and integrating technology. In 2022, Donna obtained her MBA and was added to the ACE Faculty on Cost Reporting.
