In Their Own Words
“The EMS Next program has been instrumental in shaping my journey as an EMS professional and leader. Joining the cohort allowed me to connect with an inspiring community of peers who are equally passionate about advancing our industry. The collaborative projects and opportunities to engage with seasoned leaders at the AAA events deepened my understanding of the challenges and opportunities in EMS. This program isn’t just about celebrating achievements; it’s about fostering collaboration and innovation. EMS Next has given me a platform to share ideas and learn from others, making me a more effective leader and advocate for positive change in EMS.”
— Scott Willits, 2024 EMSNext Participant
