The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) has announced the agency will end the ET3 Model pilot program early, on December 31, 2023, which is two years prior to the ET3 Model Participation Agreement’s original Performance Period end date. CMS has been reaching out to ambulance services participating in the program notifying them of the early termination.
