This session will focus on the operational and workforce benefits of the EMS Compact for ambulance services. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the Compact’s legal framework and practical guidance on integrating its provisions into their business operations. The presentation will explore how the Compact empowers agencies to streamline cross-border operations, enhance workforce mobility, and reduce administrative burdens.
The session will also provide actionable strategies for leveraging the Compact to attract and retain top EMS talent, turning the Compact into a competitive advantage in the evolving EMS landscape.
