Ambulance Cost Education, or ACE, is our comprehensive approach to Ambulance Cost Data Collection.
Our goal is to provide education, resources, and tools that suit the needs of all services regardless of size, geography, or AAA membership. The future of our EMS systems hinges on coming together, sharing our data, and telling our story accurately and effectively.
Live Workshops
Our ACE Faculty members come to you for these live workshops. Often coordinated with state ambulance associations or offices of rural health, our faculty provides a 4-hour cost collection workshop tailored to your geographical area and service type(s). Keep an eye on our Annual Conference & Trade Show announcements and agenda as we typically provide cost collection workshops as a preconference offering as well.
Webinars
You can find our upcoming and live webinars here. Our goal in 2022 is to provide a more robust offering of webinars focused on small, rural, and volunteer services. We’ll also be adding Quick Takes – 15 minutes or less and straight to the point for those who don’t have time for a 60-minute deep-dive webinar.
Virtual Workspaces
New for 2022, we will be offering virtual workspaces. Like-sized and structured services can enter breakout rooms with ACE Faculty members to ask questions, dive deeper into your organizational specifics, and walk through entering the data into Amber in real-time!
Prodigy LMS Course
Expected to launch in early 2022, we are working with Prodigy on a self-paced Ambulance Cost Data Collection course within the Prodigy LMS system. All AAA members will receive FREE access to this course even if they are not a Prodigy customer. Additionally, this course will be available to all non-AAA member Prodigy customers for purchase.
