Donna Hankins started in Information Technology at American Ambulance in 1999 then moved to the Billing Office in 2007. She has developed industry expertise over 20 years, educating others about the unique landscape of Ambulance Reimbursement. Donna became the Payer Issues Chairperson of the California Ambulance Association in 2013 then joined the AAA Medicare Regulatory Committee in 2014. Since 2015, Donna has shared her unique perspective of Ambulance Reimbursement, presenting a range of reimbursement topics including ambulance coding, industry compliance, office management, and technology integration. In 2022, Donna obtained her MBA and was added to the ACE Faculty on Cost Reporting.
