Operational leadership requires adaptability under pressure. This module introduces situational leadership principles and decision-making frameworks tailored to EMS operations. Participants practice balancing policy, safety, and patient care while responding to dynamic challenges, learning when to slow down, adjust leadership style, and communicate clearly in uncertainty.
