Marketing Professionals work hard to ensure that their customer’s transportation needs are being met. A delayed response may result in the end-user deciding to use another EMS service. Agencies are often faced with the decision to either add unit hours with the hopes of generating more transports or to limit unit hours waiting on transport growth to justify adding ambulances to the system.
