Time: 3:15PM to 4:30PM | Track: Executive Leadership | Presenter: Sean Kukauskas, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital
As EMS managers, how we design, manage and implement small and large scale projects can be pivotal in the success of the project and the organization. Projects are often initiated with the best intentions but bringing the project to a completion can be an overwhelming task. Many EMS managers have little or no formal training or experience with project management. “Project Management-Crossing the Finish Line” will review the basic concepts of project management including initiation, planning, and execution as they were used in the planning and management of a large scale hospital move. Attendees will learn the basic skills needed to take any size project and manage it from design to completion.
